*2020 – Played in nine games for Ohio, starting two of them…Had one hit and scored two runs while drawing two walks…In the field, did not commit an error and had five putouts and five assists…Recorded her first career hit on Feb. 9 against Georgia Tech, scoring one run…Scored a run against Indiana State on Feb. 15.
Prior to Ohio: Played softball for Lakota East High School, where she has earned four varsity letters, and the Ohio Hawks, where she is coached by former Bobcat, Casie Hutchinson. During the 2018 season, Larson played in 24 games, registering a .333 batting average and a .443 on base percentage. She recorded 24 hits, scored 25 runs, hit 10 doubles and two homeruns, while adding 16 RBI. In the circle, Larson was 13-4 with 108 strikeouts. IN 2017, Larson hit played in 29 games, hitting .500, with 48 hits, 24 runs scored, three triples, 12 doubles and 38 RBI. She also compiled a 13-4 record in the circle, with 99 strikeouts. In 2017, Larson became only the second player at Lakota East to hit over .500 in a season, where she also led the league in doubles. Larson was named the league's best pitcher in 2017 and 2018. In 2017, she was also named league MVP, Best Defensive Player, Second Team All-District and All-State Honorable Mention. She was also named First Team All-Conference in 2017 and 2018.
Personal: Larson is the daughter of Terri and Jerry Larson and she has two brothers, Josh and Ty. Larson plans to major in Child and Family Services at Ohio, where she hopes to one day work in occupational therapy.
