2022: Played and started all 48 games for the Bobcats at short stop…Hit .309 with 47 hits, 10 doubles, two triples and five homeruns…Recorded 20 RBI and scored 22 runs while recording a .500 slugging percentage…Drew 20 walks and had one stolen base…Went 3-for-4 with a run scored against Lamar on Feb. 19…Went 3-for-4 with a double, triple, homerun and four RBI against Marshall on March 16…Registered two doubles and an RBI against Bowling Green n March 25…Went 3-for-3 with a run scored, homerun and three RBI against Central Michigan on April 15…Named MAC Player of the Week one time…Named Academic All-MAC…Named Second Team All-MAC.
PRIOR TO OHIO: Played four seasons for the Ohio State Buckeyes, making 49 starts in 82 total appearances. During her career in Columbus, she hit .215 while striking out only 27 times in 144 plate appearances. She set career bests in every major offensive statistical category during her senior year, including a batting average of .263, 11 RBI, and five extra base hits. Her career defensive metrics include a .980 fielding percentage, 27 assists, and only three errors. Prior to arriving at Ohio State, McMenemy was a four-year starter at Westerville Central, and was named captain for her sophomore, junior, and senior seasons. McMenemy set Westerville Central's school records for hits, home runs, RBI, runs scored, and stolen bases during her four years. During her junior year, McMenemy hit .547 with eight home runs, 27 RBI, 30 extra base hits, and ended the year with a 1.081 slugging percentage. She was selected to the All-Ohio First-Team after both her junior and senior years, was named the Columbus Dispatch Metro Player of the year in 2016, Ohio Capital Conference Player of the Year, and was selected to the Ohio All-Star team that competed against the USA Jr. National Team in 2015.
