2022: Saw action in 27 games, primarily as a pinch runner, while making four starts…Scored nine runs…Was 4-for-4 in stolen bases…Named Academic All-MAC.
2021: Played in 45 games while starting 43...Hit .288 with 30 hits, three doubles, four triples and one homerun...Recorded 12 RBI, scored 19 runs and had a .423 slugging percentage...Drew 17 walks and was 11-of-15 in stolen bases...Went 3-for-3 against NIU on March 20 with one double and two RBI...Went 3-for-4 on April 9 against Toledo with one homerun and three RBI.
Prior to Ohio: Played softball for Jonathan Alder High School and has been a captain of the Lady Pioneers...During the 2019 season, Walker had a batting average of .434 with five home runs and 32 RBIs on the year...In 2017, Walker was named Offensive Player of the Year and won the Most Stolen Bases Award for the 2017 through the 2019 season...Helped lead her team to two State Final Four appearances in 2017 and 2018, as well as winning the Division II State Championship in 2019.
Personal:I s the daughter of Maggie and Jason Walker and has four siblings; Taylor, Tori, Grace, and Gabbie... Plans to major in exercise science and wishes to pursue a career in physical therapy.
