PRIOR TO OHIO: Comes to Ohio from Bishop Harltey High School, where she was a multi-sport scholar athlete...Hit above .390 in her four seasons at Bishop Hartley, including a 2023 season that saw her hit .515 in 18 games, while earning First-Team All-CCL all three years...Played club softball for Big Katz and Ohio Lady Lasers..In the National Honors Society and a student coach for the Ohio Lasers White 2011 team. 

PERSONAL: When she's not on the field, Bumpus can be found singing, trying new restaurants, volunteering and hanging out with her friends...She is the daughter of Orssie F. Bumpus & Jaselle White, has a brother, Orssie G. Bumpus, and a sister, Rashaun Bumpus....Her father ran track at Eastern Kentucky University and her brother at Warner University...Plans to study biology with hopes of becoming an assistant anesthesiologist in the future.
