2024 Outdoor Season: Ninth place in the 4x100m relay (46.50) at the Raleigh Relays (March 28-30) ... Came in eighth in the 400m (58.25) at the Jim Vargo Invite (April 5) ... Won the 400m (57.55) and placed fifth in the 200m (25.23) at the Cherry Blossom Invite (April 13) ... PR'd in the 400m (56.42) at the Clark Wood Open (April 26-27) ... Took home eighth in the 4x100m relay (46.54), 4x400m relay (3:50.23) and 15th in the 400m prelims (57.04) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11)

2024 Indoor Season: Won the 4x400m relay (3:58.39) and placed second in the 300m (41.47) at the Falcon Early Bird Open (Jan. 12) ... Placed fourth in the DMR (11:37.02) at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 26-27) ... Came in first in the 4x400m relay (3:58.26) and sixth in the 400m (57.88) at the Akron Invite (Feb. 2) ... Placed first in the 4x400m relay (3:49.97) and second in the 400m (56.82) at the Marshall Invite (Feb. 9-10) ... Took home fourth in the DMR (11:42.27), sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:51.79) and 13th in the 400m prelims (57.43) at the MAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24)
