Prior to Ohio: Strange, a native of Moultrie, Georgia, attended Colquitt County High School and was a four-year letter-winning diver. Strange was a top 10 diver in Georgia in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and placed ninth overall at Nations (USA Diving) in 2022. She was also a member of her high school team that has won the state championship the past three seasons. Strange has competed for Moss Farms Diving for the past 10 years and has competed in 51 dive meets across her career. She has been an honor student throughout high school and is involved in 4-H, where she shows livestock.

Personal: Strange is the daughter of Cam and Susie Strange and has one brother, Cameron. Her father, Cam, was a baseball student athlete at Georgia Southwestern University. When she is not diving, Strange likes to shop, do Pilates, show pigs, and play pickleball. While at Ohio, Strange plans to major in Entrepreneurship and minor in fashion. With her degree, she has hopes of becoming a personal shopper, a stylist, or a designer.
