2023-24: Posted a 2-3 record at 125 pounds... Placed fourth in the Freshman/Sophomore division at the Southeast Open. 

Prior to Ohio: At St. Vincent-St. Mary, Skinner earned four varsity letters for wrestling. Was the captain of his team duing his sophomore and junior seasons. Won back-to-back state championships at 126 and helped his team earn second place at the district tournament. During his junior state championship run, Skinner was recognized with the Referees' Award. 

Personal: Son of Brandon and Megan Skinner... Has one brother, Breck, and one sister, Madison... In his free time, Skinner likes to work with cars, play video games, and go golfing... His favorite athlete is Sean O'Malley and favorite team is the Cleveland Browns... Skinner plans to study business while at Ohio and hopes to open his own business.
