Prior to Ohio: Played at Wabash Valley in 2016, going 11-3 over 15 appearances -- including a team-high five starts -- and 73.2 innings pitching, tallying a team-high 136 strikeouts and posting a 2.08 ERA ... Made 14 relief appearances in first collegiate season at Louisville in 2015, finishing with a 1-0 record and a 3.52 ERA over 7.2 innings pitched ... Was a four-year letterwinner as a pitcher for West Holmes High School, where he was a key contributor to his team's fourth-place finish in the state of Ohio in 2012 ...
