ATHENS, Ohio— The Ohio wrestling team is hosting the 2022 Mid-American Conference Championships from Friday, March 4-Saturday, March 5. The two-day event will take place at the Convocation Center; fans can purchase tickets or can watch from home on ESPN+. 

Opening round, which will consist of 50 matches, will start at 12 p.m. on Friday, followed by the championship quarterfinals and the first consolation round at 2 p.m. Day one closes with the championship semifinals and the second consolation round at 5 p.m. 

Saturday starts at 11:30 a.m. with the consolation quarterfinals, followed by the consolation semifinals at 1 p.m.The championship finals are set to start at 3 p.m. If necessary, NCAA Qualifying Spot Matches will follow. For more information, visit the MAC Championship Central page.
