Javier Hernandez joined Ohio University Athletics in August 2021 as the Director of Ticket Operations. In 2024 he was promoted to the role of Assistant Athletics Director, Ticket Operations. In his current capacity, Hernandez is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ticket operations for the university's intercollegiate sports programs, including the management and oversight of ticketing and fundraising software. 

Before his tenure at Ohio University, Hernandez gained experience as a Ticket Operations Assistant at NC State from 2019 to 2020. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from NC State, earned in 2019, and recently completed his Master's in Sport Administration from Ohio University in 2024. 

A proud native of Raleigh, North Carolina, Hernandez brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his role at Ohio University.
