Grant Schaffner currently serves as the Assistant Coordinator of Ticket Operations for Ohio Athletics, supporting ticketing operations and helping enhance the overall fan experience at Ohio University athletic events. He assists with game-day ticketing functions, customer service initiatives and operational efforts that support Ohio Athletics fans and supporters. Schaffner previously worked as the Outreach and Development Coordinator for Ohio University's One-Year MBA Program, where he supported alumni engagement, coordinated outreach efforts and helped organize alumni events. He has also gained valuable experience through internships and professional opportunities within the sports industry. Schaffner was a four-year collegiate baseball student-athlete, developing leadership, teamwork, communication and time-management skills that continue to support his work in athletics.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Schaffner earned a degree in Sport Management from Bethany College. Now, he is working on earning both his MBA and Master of Sports Administration through the dual-degree program at Ohio University. In his free time, Schaffner enjoys watching and attending sporting events, playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
