Brooke Bolduc joined Ohio Athletics as an assistant strength and conditioning coach in June 2025. She supports women’s basketball and soccer.
Bolduc comes to Ohio by way of Merrimack College, where she served as a strength and conditioning graduate fellow for the duration of the 2024-25 school year. While with the Warriors, she was the head strength and conditioning coach for men’s lacrosse, softball and women’s basketball, while also serving as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for baseball. Bolduc traveled with both women’s basketball and football, directing gameday warm-ups, providing nutrition advice and implementing cool-downs. She also oversaw all strength and conditioning programming for men’s lacrosse, women’s basketball and softball. Additionally, Bolduc designed and implemented annual programs for football quarterbacks as well as return-to-play athletes. She was responsible for both designing and implementing Merrimack’s undergraduate strength and conditioning internship program, a program Bolduc herself participated in from 2021-24.
As a strength and conditioning intern, Bolduc developed an exercise database on YouTube for both student-athletes and the general public. After working with a variety of sports for two years, Bolduc designed and implemented programs for softball, men’s soccer and dance during the 2023-24 school year. Bolduc also served as a strength and conditioning intern for Cressey Sports Performance as well as a sports performance intern for Stand Strong Sports Performance.
Bolduc was a goalkeeper for Merrimack’s Division I field hockey team from 2020-24. During her senior season, Bolduc appeared in 17 games, logging 132 saves. As a student-athlete, she held multiple leadership positions, including team captain, Fellowship of Christian Athletes Graduate Advisor and Student-Athlete Advisory Committee President.
The Farmington, Maine, native competed in a USA Field Hockey National Indoor Championship in high school and as a junior was named the 2018 Maine Field Hockey Association All-State Goalie.
