2023 Outdoor Season: Academic All-MAC ... 17th place finish in the 3000m (10:32.93) at the Blizzard Buster (March 17) and 5000m (18:00.85) at the Oliver Nikoloff Invite (March 31-April 1) ... Came in seventh with a PR in the 1500m (4:54.33) at the Charleston Golden Eagle Invite (April 8) ... Placed sixth in the 3000m (10:36.22) at the Cherry Blossom Invite (April 15) ... Took home fifth place in the 5000m (18:07.64) at the Mountaineer Twilight (April 29) ... Finished 18th overall in the 10,000m (40:11.28) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 11-13) 

2023 Indoor Season: Academic All-MAC ... Placed fourth with a PR in the 3000m (10:16.69) at the Marshall Classic (Jan. 14) ... Took home second place with a PR in the 5000m (17:45.14) at the YSU Indoor Invite (Jan. 20) ... Came in ninth in the 3000m (10:18.60) at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games (Feb. 11)

2022 Outdoor Season: Took home seventh in the 5000m (18:27.17) at the Miami Blizzard Buster (March 18) ... Finished 22nd in the 5000m (18:01.03) at the Oliver Nikoloff Invite (April 1-2)

2022 Indoor Season: Came in eighth place in the 3000m (10:29.14) at the Akron Indoor Invite (Feb. 4-5) ... Placed fourth in the 5000m (18:32.82) at the Jud Logan Memorial Tune-Up (Feb. 19) 

2021 Outdoor Season: Finished seventh with career-best 1500 time at Ohio Cherry Blossom Invitation (Apr. 10)…  Ran career-best 3000 time of 10:32.23 at USC Open (Apr. 17) for eighth place… Competed in the 10,000 at the MAC Championships (May 7-8).

2020-21 Indoor Season: Made Ohio debut at Thundering Herd Invitational (Jan. 30), finishing eighth in the 3000.
