During the 2024-25 season, Lemke helped coach the Bobcats to a second-place MAC Championship finish, the highest since 2013. Astrid Pichardo dove to a second place finish in the 1-meter diving event with a score of 262.65 and a 14
th place finish in the 3-meter diving event with a score of 241.10. Stephanie Balthaser scored 249.65 in the 3-meter diving event to finish seventh. Pichardo qualified for the NCAA Zone C Diving Championships.
Lemke is entering her fifth season with the Bobcats where she assists at competitions, practices and leads dryland conditioning. She will receive her Master of Fine Arts in Filmmaking in the spring of 2024. Prior to Ohio, she was a volunteer assistant diving coach for Bowling Green State University.
Lemke received her Master of Arts in Theatre and Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bowling Green State University where she was an accredited diver. During her collegiate career, she received the Mid-American Conference (MAC) Medal of Excellence, MAC Outstanding Senior, MAC Presidential Award, and MAC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete award. In 2021, she was the MAC Conference Honoree for NCAA Woman of the Year and was a College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of American (CSCAA) All American. During her career, Lemke was an NCAA Championship Qualifier, 5x MAC Conference Diving Champion, MAC Most Outstanding Diver, First Team All-MAC and an 8x NCAA Zones Qualifier.

Lemke received many academic accolades as well, including 1A FAR Academic Excellence Award, Cheney Award for Academic Achievement, Bowling Green State University Medal of Honor and was Academic All-MAC from 2018-2020.Â
