2024: Played in nine games for the Bobcats.

PRIOR TO OHIO: Played at Little Miami High School, earning four varsity letters...Part of the Ohio Elite Soccer Academy for 11 years...Named to the First Team ECNL in 2022 and was part of the National Playoff Team...earned the MVP title in 2022, First Team All-ECC, All-SW Ohio, and All-City Cincinnati/NKY in 2022... In 2021, was named MVP, First Team All-ECC, and received Honorable Mention All-ECC...was a captain during her junior and senior years at Little Miami.  

PERSONAL: Sarah is the daughter of Suzzanne and Todd Helphinstine, and has five siblings, Isaiah (20), Benjamin (14), Crew (13), Zander (18), and Cruz (13)...Favorite athlete is Julie Ertz and her favorite team is FC Cincinnati.
