PRIOR TO OHIO: Apostolou is a four-year varsity athlete from Applewood Heights Secondary School, where she competed in eight different sports. She was the captain of her high school soccer, basketball, and volleyball teams, as well as the MVP of the soccer team in 2023, 2024, and 2025, MVP of the basketball team in 2024 and 2025, and MVP of the volleyball team in 2023 and 2025. Apostolou was the Athlete of the Year in 2023, 2024, and 2025. She was also a Cross Country Regional Champion in 2023 and a National Finalist in 2023. She has played club soccer for the North Mississauga Soccer Club for the past three seasons.
PERSONAL: Apostolou, from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, is the daughter of Ilias and Tamme Apostolou and has two sisters, Marina and Eliana. Marina is a Basketball Student Athlete at Humber College. Apostolou enjoys playing all sports, hiking, karaoke, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. She plans to major in Exercise Physiology and hopes to play professional soccer and become an Occupational Therapist.
