Bradley Baxter joined the Ohio cross country and women's track & field programs as a graduate assistant in August 2026.
Baxter brings experience as a collegiate student-athlete and coach. He began his collegiate running career at Oakland Community College, where he competed in cross-country and track & field for two seasons. During both seasons, Baxter earned All-Conference and All-Regional honors. As a sophomore, he helped OCC qualify as a team for the NJCAA National Championships.Â
Baxter continued his collegiate career at Rochester Christian University, competing in both cross-country and track & field. He served as a captain for both programs and finished his cross country career among the top 10 performers in program history. On the track, Baxter was a member of the indoor 4x800-meter relay team that established the Rochester Christian University program record.Â
Following his collegiate career, Baxter returned to Oakland Community College as an assistant coach, gaining experience in athlete development and the day-to-day operations of a collegiate cross-country program.Â
Baxter earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Management from Rochester Christian University.
