2024-25: Played in 29 games for the Bobcats, making 16 starts…Averaged 8.2 points a game, while shooting 39.7 percent from the field, 38.4 percent from three and 85.7 percent from the line…Added 2.5 rebounds a game…dished out a total of 25 assists and 24 steals to go along with five blocks…Hit a career-high six three pointers and scored a season high 20 points at Toledo on March 7…Grabbed a season-high seven rebounds on March 13 against Toledo in the MAC Quarterfinals…Recorded a career-high six steals against MTSU on Nov. 21 in the Myrtle beach Invitational.

PRIOR TO OHIO: James is one of the top combo guards in the state of Ohio and has spent the last four years playing at Brush High School under Coach Chet Mason. As a Junior, James averaged 29.8 PPG, 5.3 RPG, and 3.2 APG for the Arcs and earned a spot on the Division I Boys Basketball All-Ohio First Team and won Western Reserve Conference Player of the Year. He competed for All Ohio Red in the Nike EYBL Circuit. James also had offers from North Texas, Tulane, Toledo, and Kent State. James is interested in studying Business.
PERSONAL: James is the son of Elmore III and Danielle James… Has one older sister and Ohio University graduate Imani, and one twin sister Maya.
