Prior to Ohio: Attended Columbus Academy, where she earned three varsity letters in field hockey… Named 2018 Central Ohio Honorable Mention, 2019 Central Ohio First-Team, 2019 All-Ohio, NFHCA Academic All-American (2018, 2019), Central Ohio Coaches Association Academic All-Ohio (2017-19)… 2017 State Champion Runner-Ups and State Champions in 2018 and 2019… Also played for Field Hockey Life.
Personal: Born April 30, 2002… Daughter of Kerry and Nikki Wimsatt… Sister of two brothers, Jack and James… Annie comes from a long line of athletes as her mother, aunt, and grandmother all played field hockey for OHIO and another aunt played field hockey for Providence College… Played two years of basketball, lacrosse, and track… Member of the Discipline and Honors Committee (2019-20)… Enjoys learning about current news, organizing, dancing, and taking naps… Plans to major in Political Science to secure a government job.
