How to Download Mobile Tickets - Ohio University

STEP 1: Log in to Your Ticket Account

Go to: www.ohiobobcats.com/myaccount on your mobile device
Use the recommended browser:
- iPhone: Safari
- Android: Chrome

OR

Download the Ohio Bobcats Gameday App from:
- App Store (iPhone)
- Google Play Store (Android)

If using the app:

Tap Tickets (bottom right)
Select MY ACCOUNT LOGIN / MY TICKETS
Log in with your email and password

First-time users:

Click Link/Activate Your Account
Enter your Customer Number and Online PIN
Follow prompts to set up your account
If you don’t have this info, call (740) 593-1300 (Option 2)

STEP 2: View and Download Your Tickets

After logging in, go to the My Account page
Locate Upcoming Events
Scroll to find your events (tickets and/or parking)
Select the event you want

Download to your phone:

iPhone: Tap “Add to Apple Wallet”
Android: Tap “GPay | Save to Phone”
- Make sure the GPay app is installed first

STEP 3: Save Tickets to Your Digital Wallet

Repeat the process for each event OR
Use “Add All Tickets” to save all at once

STEP 4: Access Your Tickets on Game Day

Tickets will be stored in your digital wallet for the full season
No Wi-Fi or cellular service is needed to display tickets
Simply open your wallet and present tickets for scanning
