How to Transfer Mobile Tickets
STEP 1: Log in to Your Ticket Account
- Go to: www.ohiobobcats.com/myaccount on your mobile device
- Recommended browsers:
- iPhone: Safari
- Android: Chrome
- OR download the Ohio Bobcats Gameday App from:
- App Store (iPhone)
- Google Play (Android)
If using the app:
- Tap Tickets (bottom right)
- Select My Account Login / My Tickets
- Log in using your email and password
First-time users:
- Click Link/Activate Your Account
- Enter your Customer Number and Online PIN
- Select Activate and set up your account
- Don’t have your info? Call (740) 593-1300
STEP 2: Access Transfer Tickets
- After logging in, go to your My Account page
- Select Transfer Tickets
- Choose the event you want to transfer tickets for
STEP 3: Select Tickets
- Choose the specific tickets/seat locations you want to transfer
- Tap Continue
STEP 4: Enter Recipient Information
- Enter:
- First Name (optional)
- Last Name (optional)
- Mobile Number (required)
- Tap Review Transfer
STEP 5: Review & Send
- Double-check:
- Event
- Seat locations
- Tap Transfer Tickets to complete the transfer
