2021-22: Placed a season-best third place at the Mike Baumer Classic (Sept. 3), running a 5k time of 17:57.5… Finished 28^th overall at the MAC Championship (Oct. 30) with a time of 22:01.4… At the NCAA Regionals (Nov. 12), finished second on the team running a season-best 21:34.1... Academic All-MAC.

2020-21: Finished fifth in season-opener at Cardinal Classic (Oct. 30) with time of 22:08.8… Posted career-best 6K time of 21:30 at the MAC Championships (Nov. 21), finishing 14^th.

2019-20: Finished fifth at Tommy Evans Invitational (Sep. 7) with 5K time of 18:13.5… Posted career-best 5K time at Louisville Classic (Oct. 5) with time of 17:42.8 finishing 31^st… Finished 24^th at MAC Championships (Nov. 2) with 6K time of 22:43.2.

2018-19: Finished sixth at the Bluegrass Cross Country Invitational (Sep. 8) with 5K time of 18:48… Finished 48^th at the MAC Championships (Oct. 27) with 6K time of 22:30.5… Academic All-MAC.

2017-18: Made her freshman debut at the Kentucky Bluegrass Invitational clocking in a 5K time of 17:58.1… Recorded a season-best 6K time at the All-Ohio Championships clocking in at 22:05.1… Competed at the MAC Championships and posted a time of 22:39.6… Ended the season at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships where she recorded a time of 23:48.8.

Prior to Ohio: Earned four varsity letters in cross country and track & field under coaches Danielle Freeman and Annette White at John Hersey High School… Named cross country captain in the 2015 and 2016 seasons and track captain in the 2016 and 2017 seasons… Set the school cross country record at 17:22 (2016), earned cross country MVP in 2015 and 2016 and track MVP in 2016… Helped her cross country team to becoming the MSL East Champions, placing third in the conference, winning regionals, placing second at sectionals, and placing 10^th at the state tournament in 2016.

Personal: Daughter of Jeffery and Melinda Bowes… Has one sister, Justine… Made the National Honors Society and the honor roll in high school… Lists the Chicago Blackhawks as her favorite team and Simone Biles as her favorite athlete… Enjoys volunteering at the zoo, running and drawing… Plans to major in Marine and Fresh Biology to become a Marine Biologist at a research center.
