OHIO Athletics Notice: Food Truck Vendor Communication
8/18/2026 2:25:00 PM | General
Ohio Athletics is alerting the community to a recent scam targeting food truck vendors.
Individuals have sent fraudulent emails impersonating Mike DeMoss, Ohio Athletics' director of marketing. Any emails soliciting food truck vendors to serve inside Peden Stadium this season are not legitimate and were not sent by DeMoss or Ohio Athletics. Ohio Athletics is not seeking food truck vendors to serve inside Peden Stadium this season. The department contacts food truck vendors only about opportunities at Bobcat Boulevard, its pregame tailgate area, and does not charge vendors a fee to participate.
