CLEVELAND – The Mid-American Conference has released its 2026 volleyball conference schedule, as announced by the league on Wednesday, April 29. The schedule includes 16 in-league matches with nine on the road and eight that will be played at home in the Convocation Center.
Ohio will open conference play with a weekend on the road, starting at Eastern Michigan on Friday, Sept. 25. The Bobcats will then travel to Central Michigan for a matchup on Saturday, Sept. 26.
The Bobcats will host two games with Akron as part of its conference home opener on Friday, Oct. 2 and Saturday, Oct. 3 in the Convocation Center. Ohio will hit the road again for a two-game series at Bowling Green on Friday, Oct. 9 and Saturday, Oct. 10. The Bobcats return to the Convocation Center for a two-game series with Ball State on Friday, Oct. 16 and Saturday, Oct. 17.
Ohio is set to travel to Toledo for a two-game series on Friday, Oct. 23 and Saturday, Oct. 24. The Bobcats return home for a midweek matchup against Kent State on Tuesday, Oct. 27. Ohio will remain home for a matchup against Western Michigan on Friday, Oct. 30.
The Bobcats will kick off November with a midweek matchup at Kent State on Tuesday, Nov. 3. Ohio will host its first game of the Battle of the Bricks series against rival, Miami, on Sunday, Nov. 8. The Bobcats will conclude the Battle of the Bricks series at Miami on Thursday, Nov. 12. Ohio's final regular season game will be played in the Convocation Center against Buffalo on Friday, Nov. 13.
The 2025 Mid-American Conference Tournament, hosted by Ball State, at Worthen Arena in Muncie, Ind., on Nov. 20-22.
