ATHENS, Ohio – The Ohio women's track and field team is set to host its annual Cherry Blossom Invitational on Friday, April 3 at Goldsberry Track in Athens, Ohio.
The meet will kick off with the women's discus at 11:00 a.m. ET. Track events will commence at 12:00 p.m. ET with the preliminary round of the women's 100m hurdles.
The throwing events will be competed at a facility separately located from Goldsberry Track. The address for the throwing facility is 338 W State St Athens, OH 45701.
Before the first track event, Ohio will be holding a senior recognition ceremony on the track at 11:45 a.m. ET. The 11 members of the 2025-26 senior class include

Sara Doughman,
Theresa Hagey,
Kelsi Harris,
Ashley Long,
Alyssa Mason,
Morgan Roth, Connor Wertman and Alex Zuckett.
Competition Format:
- Top 9 to finals in field events (if more than 9 entries)
- Top 8 to finals in 100m and 100mh/110mh
- All other races are finals, and fastest heats will be run first.
