ATHENS, Ohio -- The Ohio men's basketball team (8-7, 2-1 MAC) returns to Athens after a week on the road on Tuesday, Jan. 6 when the Bobcats host new MAC member UMass (9-6, 0-3 MAC). Tip-off is set for 6 p.m. ET inside the Convocation Center and can be seen on CBS Sports Network where Dave Ryan and John Henson will have the call.
The Bobcats' matchup can also be heard on the Ohio Sports Network from Learfield, presented by Holzer Health System. Jason Toy begins his second season on the mic for the Bobcats and will be joined by veteran college basketball analyst Dave Cecutti. WXTQ (Power 105) in Athens returns as the 11-station net- work's flagship and can be heard on the Varsity Network App.

The Bobcats are coming off a thrilling 68-67 victory at EMU on Jan. 3, in which the Bobcats erased a 20-point deficit to defeat the Eagles on a Jackson Paveletzke three at the buzzer.
Senior guard Jackson Paveletzke scored 14 points, including the game-winning three, at EMU on Jan. 3, while redshirt junior forward Javan Simmons led Ohio with 15 points and six rebounds.
The Bobcats are currently ranked 197 in the latest NET rankings, with opponent UMass in at 191.
Senior guard Jackson Paveletzke recorded 23 points, seven rebounds and nine assists, while senior forward Aidan Hadaway added 13 points, 11 boards and six assists in the win.
In total, all five Ohio starters scored in double figures for the Bobcats in the win, with freshman guard JJ Kelly scoring a career-high 15 points.
