MAC Announces 2025-26 Women’s Basketball Conference Schedule

CLEVELAND – The Mid-American Conference has released its 2025-26 women's basketball conference schedule, as announced by the league on Thursday, August 21.The conference schedule includes 18 in-league matchups with nine games on the road and nine games to be played in the Convocation Center.
 
Ohio will conclude the 2025 year with its conference opener at Central Michigan on Wednesday, Dec. 31. The Bobcats will kick off the new year with its first two conference matchups in the Convo. Ohio will face Akron on Saturday, Jan. 3 and then Eastern Michigan on Wednesday, Jan. 7.
 
The following week, the Bobcats will hit the road, playing games at Buffalo on Saturday, Jan. 10 and Kent State on Wednesday, Jan. 14. Ohio will host three more conference matchups in the Convo throughout the rest of January in addition to two road games. The Bobcats are set to host Northern Illinois on Saturday, Jan. 17 before traveling to Bowling Green on Wednesday, Jan. 21. Ohio will then play back-to-back games at home against Toledo (Jan. 24) and UMass (Jan. 28). The Bobcats will conclude January with its first Battle of the Bricks matchup at Miami on Saturday, Jan. 31.
 
Ohio returns home in the beginning of February to host Western Michigan on Wednesday, Feb. 4. Conference play will be briefly interrupted by the second games of the MAC-SBC Challenge, scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 7.
 
The Bobcats will resume conference play at Toledo on Tuesday, Feb. 10. On Saturday, Feb. 14, Ohio is set to host its second matchup with Kent State. Following their game with Kent State, the Bobcats will travel to Akron for a matchup on Wednesday, Feb. 18.
 
Ohio will host Bowling Green on Wednesday, Feb. 25 before playing two games on the road. The Bobcats will play at Ball State on Saturday, Feb. 28 and at Eastern Michigan on Wednesday, March 4. The Bobcats will conclude regular season play in the Convo with the Battle of the Bricks finale versus Miami on Saturday, March 7.
 
Ohio's nonconference schedule, game times and TV selections will be released in the coming weeks.

Ohio women's basketball season tickets will be on sale next month.
