Tickets on Sale This Week for Cleveland Hoops Showdown

CLEVELAND (Oct. 7, 2025) – Tickets for the Cleveland Hoops Showdown, a college basketball event featuring Ohio State vs. West Virginia and Ohio vs. St. Bonaventure, will go on sale to the public at 11 a.m. ET on Thursday. Tickets can be secured by visiting www.seatgeek.com or on the event's website at www.bit.ly/25ClevelandShowdown.
In addition, an exclusive one-day presale will be available beginning Wednesday at 11 a.m. Fans can register at the event website to receive presale access.
The Cleveland Hoops Showdown is set for Dec. 13 at Rocket Arena. The Bobcats and Bonnies will square off in the first game of the day, followed by the nightcap between the Buckeyes and Mountaineers. Game times and television designations will be announced at a later date.
The event brings together four storied programs, each with rich basketball tradition. Ohio State, an 11-time Final Four participant, enters the season led by head coach Jake Diebler and returning All-Big Ten guard Bruce Thornton. West Virginia, now guided by new head coach Ross Hodge, adds a retooled roster headlined by several decorated transfers. Ohio, under alum Jeff Boals, continues to build on recent postseason success, while St. Bonaventure, led by longtime head coach Mark Schmidt, looks to extend its strong run of consistency in the Atlantic 10.
