DEKALB, Ill. – The Ohio women's track & field team concluded the 2024 MAC Outdoor Championships with several top eighth finishers. Overall, the team scored 20 points and finished in 12
th place.

Jordan Baith (Seville, Ohio) shined for Ohio in the women's discus. Baith placed fifth with a personal-best mark of 45.95 meters (150-9). Junior
Millie Ryan () finished in 10
th place with a personal-best mark of 42.96 meters (140-11).

Taniah Stephens (Erie, Pa.), placed eighth and scored for Ohio with a time of 46.54.
Three Bobcats raced in the women's 5000m with sophomore
Leila Boussedra (Worthington, Ohio) earning a podium finish with an eighth-place time of 17:04.94. Junior
Kelsi Harris (Liberty Township, Ohio) followed behind Boussedra in ninth place – just missing the top eight – with a time of 17:08.57. Sophomore
Alyssa Mason (Dublin, Ohio) finished in 16
th place with a time of 17:45.61.
The women's 4x400 meter relay team also scored for Ohio. Baker, Booker, sophomore
Sophie Besett (Twinsburg, Ohio) and freshman
Elinor Shuttleworth (Beavercreek, Ohio) placed eighth with a season-best time of 3:50.23.
