MEN'S BASKETBALL

The Ohio men's basketball team (13-11, 7-4 MAC) return to Mid-American Conference play next week. After five days off, Ohio will head to Toledo, Ohio on Firday, Feb. 16 to take on Toledo (15-9, 9-2 MAC). Tip-off is set for 9 p.m. inside Savage Arena and can be seen nationally on ESPNU.
Ohio is coming off a 1-1 week that saw Ohio defeat Ball State on the road in Overtime. Senior guard
Jaylin Hunter is coming off a week where he averaged 26.0points, 4.5 rebounds and 6.5 assists per game, and scored a career-high 32 points at Ball State.

The Ohio women's basketball team (7-15, 4-7 MAC) is back in action on Saturday, Feb. 17 when they host MAC-leading Ball State (20-3, 10-1 MAC). Tip-off is set for 1 p.m. inside the Convocation Center and can be seen on ESPN+.

The Ohio women's golf team returns to the course after the winter break Sunday, Feb. 11-13 at the 2024 UNCG/Advance Golf Partners Collegiate. The three-day event is hosted by UNC Greensboro in Palm City, Fla. and will take place at the Hammock Creek Golf Club.

The Ohio softball team (1-4) heads into the second weekend of competition Feb. 16-18 when they head to Greensboro, N.C. for the 2024 Spiro Classic hosted by UNCG at the UNCG Softball Stadium. Ohio opened the weekend on Friday, Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. when they take on Sacred Heart (0-0), before returning to action later in the day against Drexel (0-5) at 3:30 p.m. The Bobcats and Sacred Hart see each other again on Saturday, Feb. 17 at 10 a.m., before the Bobcats battle it out with host UNCG (1-4) at 12 p.m. later that day Ohio concludes the weekend at either 10 a.m. or 12 p.m. depending on the results of the previous games.
The Bobcats are coming off an opening weekend at the FAU Paradise Classic that saw Ohio defeat Michigan State, 9-0 in five innings in the season opener.

The Ohio baseball teams opens the 2024 season this week when they head to Nashville, Tenn. Feb. 16-18 for a four-game series with Lipscomb. Ohio begins the season on Friday, Feb. 16 at 4 p.m. EST at Dugan Field. The game will be seen on ESPN+. Ohio and Lipscomb are back in action on Saturday, Feb. 17 for a doubleheader scheduled to start at 12 p.m. EST. The series concludes on Sunday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m. EST.
SWIM AND DIVE

The Ohio swim and dive team return to the pool for the final time before the Bobcats host MACs in two weeks when they head to Columbus, Ohio Feb. 16-17 for the 2024 OSU Winter Invite. The three-day meet will take place inside McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion on the campus of Ohio State. Each day, prelims will start at 11 a.m., with finals on Friday and Saturday scheduled to begin at 5 p.m., and Sunday's finals set for 4 p.m.
Ohio last competed on Saturday, Jan. 27, with Ohio defeating Ball State, 219-81 on Senior Day in Athens.

Ohio wrestling (6-5) is back in Athens this weekend when they welcome SIUE (6-3) on Saturday, Feb. 17. Meet time is set to 7 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN+.
Ohio is coming off a 34-15 Grudge Match victory on Friday, Feb. 9. Entering the match,
Peyten Kellar had not lost a MAC competition. He would continue his undefeated streak with a dominant victory by way of an 18-2 technical fall. Kellar is now 16-2 on the season, 9-0 in meets, and 5-0 in conference matches.
Garrett Thompson improved to 23-5 on the season with a 10-7 win by decision. Although Thompson was unable to record a fall on the night, the 157-pounder remains in the top ten in the NCAA for falls with nine.
