
Track & Field Concludes Competition at Hokie Invitational

BLACKSBURG, Va. – The Ohio women's track and field concluded its final day of competition at Virginia Tech's Hokie Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 20.
Sophomore Alyssa Mason (Dublin, Ohio) placed seventh in the 400m with a personal-best time of 2:14.85. Sophomore Sara Doughman (South Lebanon, Ohio) followed behind her with an eighth-place finish and personal-best time of 2:15.00.
The 4x400m relay team placed fifth with a time of 3:53.80.
In the field events, junior Millie Ryan (Vincent, Ohio) finished 13th in the shot put with a personal-best mark of 13.33 meters (43-8.75). Senior Imani Brown (Crown Point, Ind.) recorded a mark of 1.60 meters (5-3) in the high jump.
The Bobcats will be back in action at the Penn State National Open on Friday, Jan. 26.
