The Ohio men's basketball team (5-2) remains in Athens for two more home games this week. The Bobcats open the week on Wednesday, Dec. 6 when they host Youngstown State (5-3) inside the Convocation Center. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN+. The Bobcats are then back on the court on Saturday, Dec. 9 when Ohio plays host to Marshall (2-5). Tip-off is set for 4 p.m. inside the Convo and will be the second game of a men's and women's basketball doubleheader. The game will also be streamed on ESPN+.Â
Ohio is coming off a a 1-0 week that saw the Bobcats overcome a double digit second half deficit to rally and defeat Delaware, 74-73, in the final minute on Saturday inside the Convo. Sophomore guard Elmore James tied a career-high with 21 points and was named the MAC Co-Player of the Week for his performance.Â

The Ohio women's basketball team (2-3) is back in action for two games this week. The first is on Tuesday, Dec. 5 when they head to Columbus, Ohio to take on No. 12 Ohio State (6-1). Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. at Value City Arena and can be seen on BIG+. The Bobcats are back in the Convo on Saturday, Dec. 9 when they host Syracuse (6-1). Tip-off is set for 1 p.m. inside the Convocation Center and can be seen on ESPN+.Â
The Bobcats are coming off an 0-1 week, falling to Longwood in a close battle on Nov. 29 in Athens.Â
WRESTLING
Dec. 10 / at Navy / Jefferson, Pa. / Jefferson Morgan High School / 2 p.m. EST Â
Ohio wrestling is back in action this weekend when they head to Jefferson, Pa. on Sunday, Dec. 10 to take on Navy. The meet is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. at Jefferson Morgan High School.Â
Ohio is coming off a successful weekend at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational last weekend. Ohio was led by individual performances from redshirt sophomore Garrett Thompson (Murrysville, Pa.) and junior Sal Perrine (Northfield, Ohio). Each of them placed fifth in their respective weight classes, taking on numerous ranked wrestlers along the way.Â
