LEXINGTON, S.C. --  The Ohio baseball team (3-4) fell in the final game of the series to Saint Louis (5-1), 13-2, on Sunday afternoon at the Lexington County Baseball Stadium in Lexington, S.C.

Sophomore RHP Braxton Kelly (Ulysses, Ky.) tossed 3.0 innings of shutout baseball and struck out three batters. Junior LHP Brett Manis (Port Huron, Mich.) fanned all three batters he faced in 1.0 innings pitched. Junior LHP Alex Kuster (Lake Orion, Mich.) got out the only batter he faced. Junior RHP Chace Harris (New Marshfield, Ohio) fell to 0-1 this season after allowing seven earned runs in 1.2 innings pitched. 

As a team, Ohio struck out nine batters. Harris, sophomore RHP Colin Sells (Lancaster, Ohio) and freshman RHP Parker Maddox (Columbus, Ind.) all fanned one batter each. 

Redshirt sophomore RF Michael Richardson (Cambridge, Md.) and junior 1B Aaron Levy (Cincinnati, Ohio) each had one RBI for Ohio. Richardson finished the day 1-for-4 while Levy was 0-for-2.

Sophomore 2B Ryan Strittmather (Vermilion, Ohio) went 2-for-4 with a double, single and run scored. Senior 3B Trevor Hafner (Perrysburg, Ohio) reached twice with a single, walk and run scored.

Ohio will continue non-conference play at Southeast Missouri State Feb. 28 - March 1.
