Holmes grabbed eight boards to go along with a team-high two block as well as two steals and an assist in 30 minutes. Henderson posted four rebounds and a team-high three assists in addition to two steals in 28 minutes of work.

- Bowling Green battled back with two layups by Parker and another by Clarke to take an 11-10 edge with just over 13 minutes to play in the first half.
- A layup by redshirt senior forward Treg Setty (Maysville, Ky.) gave the Bobcats a 14-13 lead a minute later, but the Falcons proceeded to close out the first half with a 27-8 run powered by eight points by Henderson and five by Parker to take a 40-22 lead into halftime.
- Bowling Green built its largest lead of the contest at 23 points courtesy of a trey by Parker that made it a 62-39 game in favor of the Falcons with 9:27 to play.

- Taylor made it a nine-point affair at 74-65 with 40 seconds to go after capitalizing on a conventional three-point play, but that's as close as the Bobcats got as a pair of free throws by junior guard David Joseph sealed the win for the Falcons.

QUOTABLE
First-Year Head Coach Saul Phillips
- "It's frustrating. I don't like it. Nobody likes it. It's not like we have two easy ones coming up. Go in and fight, play with some pride. Period."

Senior guard Stevie Taylor
- "At the end of the day, we still have the (MAC) Tournament. So, that's the third season. We just have to try and build momentum heading into the tournament and see what happens."

Senior Forward Maurice Ndour
- "I think I was just trying to be aggressive. My teammates were finding me, and I was able to make shots, trying to get more momentum."

UP NEXT
