Final Round Results
NOBLESVILLE, Ind. â€" The Ohio women’s golf team wrapped up its fall schedule Monday (Oct. 12) morning, finishing the 2015 Mid-American Conference Fall Preview in ninth place after shooting a 318 to finish the day at +81 (945).
Leading the Bobcats was freshman Emily Hughes (Columbus, Ohio) who shot a third round score of 79 to finish the three-round tournament with a total of 234 (+18) and tied for 31st place.
Following Hughes was sophomore Lily Pendy (Grosse Pointe Farms, Mich.) who finished the tournament in 35th place after shooting an 81 in Monday’s round, finishing the competition +19 (235).
Senior Angela Codian (Massillon, Ohio) finished the competition tied for 42nd place after shooting a 77 to finish the two-day tournament with a total of 238 (+22). Junior Hailey Hrynewich (Muskegon, Mich.) finished the tournament in 48th place after shooting an 81 in Monday’s round, finishing the competition +26 (242).
Rounding out the scoring Bobcats is freshman Nicole Smiley (Dublin, Ohio) who finished the tournament tied in 53rd place after shooting an 83 to finish the three-round competition with a total of 245 (+29).
Playing unattached was senior Lauren McKinzie (Medina, Ohio) who finished tied for 44th place after shooting an 81 on Monday to finish with a total of 240 (+24).
The MAC Fall Preview was the final event for the Bobcats this fall, Ohio’s spring schedule will be released later this winter.
