2025-26: Competed in six meets...At MAC Championships...recorded season bests times int he 1650-yard freestyle with a time of 17:33.01 and the 400-yard IM with a time of 4:36.66...Finished first in the 1000-yard freestyle against Bowling Green with a time of 10:28.32...Member of the Academic All-MAC Team.
2024-25: Competed in six meets…At the MAC Championships…Recorded season best times in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:58.48…1650-yard freestyle with a time of 17:10.39…400-yard individual medley with a time of 4:31.46…Member of the Academic All-MAC Team.
2023-24: Competed in ten meets… Recorded a career best in the 1000 Y Free with a time of 10:20.81 and in the 100 Y Fly with a time of 59.33 at the MAC Championships…At the TYR ’85 Invite recorded career-best times…500 Y Free with a time of 4:57.28…1650 Y Free with a time of 17:04.50 and placed fifth…400 Y IM with a time of 4:30.09.
PRIOR TO OHIO: Helped lead her team to become OCC Champions in 2022.Sallows was a state qualifier in the 500-yard freestyle and 200-yard freestyle in 2022. Sallows was a varsity letter winner and a Hayes Scholar Athlete in 2022. Sallows completed the 200 SCY free in 1:55.39 and the 1000 SCY free in 10:37.28. Academically, she was a member of the National Honors Society in 2022, National Technical Honors Society from 2021-2022, and on the honors roll all four quarters through 9th to 11th grade and all quarters as of 12th grade, (2019-2022).
PERSONAL: She is the daughter of Ron and Laurie and has two sisters, Hannah and Kaitlyn. She is expected to major in Exercise Physiology.
