2023: Boyd played in 21 games and made four starts during the season. The senior was one of the most influential offensive players for Ohio, recording five goals and two assists. Boyd scored timely goals for Ohio including three game-winning goals. Boyd was named MAC Offensive Player of the Week twice during the season. She earned the award in the second week of the season after scoring goals against Duquesne and Cleveland State. She won the award the second time in the final week of the regular season. Her two-goal performance against Akron in the regular season finale was critical in helping extend Ohio's season. In games where Boyd scored, the Bobcats had a 4-0-0 record. 

2022: Played in five games for the Bobcats during the season. 

2021: Played in three games for the Bobcats... had one shot and one shot on goal making her SOG percentage 1.00

2020*: Played in nine games for the Bobcats, starting one of them… Recorded first career goal on March 14 against Akron…Took 10 shots with four on goal including a career-high four shots on April 4 at Akron.

Prior to Ohio: Played four years at Pine Richland High School for Jodi Chemeilewski where she earned four varsity letters…Played four years with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds for John Rotz, Jason Kutney, Robert Vincent and Scott Gibson…Team captain for both Pine-Richland and the Riverhounds for the 2020 season…Named All-Selection for 2019-20, All-WPIAL 2019-20 and was named Bif 56 in 2018, 2019 and 2020. 

Personal: Izzi is the daughter of Megan and James Boyd, and has one younger sister, Ava…Plans to major in Biology and plans to become a Physician’s Assistant…Besides soccer, Izzi enjoys skiing and music, and is a fan of Abby Wambach, USWNT and the Pittsburgh Riverhounds.
