Pollock enters his second year serving as the Ohio football program's Director of Recruiting and Video Operations in 2023.
The 2023 recruiting class was the highest rated in Ohio history, both by average prospect rating and MAC ranking. During his time in Athens, Pollock has assisted in the recruitment of 10 of the top 20 recruits in program history.
In his role, Pollock oversees the program's recruiting board, player transition to campus, manage the team’s roster numbers, plans and execute all official and unofficial visits for high school and transfer prospects, plans coaches travel, assists in graphic design, and oversees the student recruiting assistant program, as well as the program’s walk on tryouts.
Prior to his role of Director of Recruiting and Video Operations, Pollock spent two last two seasons as the Assistant Director of Player Personnel. He replaced Ryan Bainbridge, who had served in the Assistant AD for Football Operations role for the previous six seasons.
Pollock is a 2020 graduate of Penn State University. While there he served as a recruiting intern for the Nittany Lions for three seasons, assisting with prospect evaluations, gameday visits, and coaches travel. He also served as a college scout for the XFL during their inaugural season, evaluating the Big Ten and Conference USA. He is a native of Cranford, NJ.
