Biography

2024: Made 13 starts for the Bobcats… Finished with 44 tackles including 24 solo tackles, team high 15 tackles for loss, and team high 8.5 sacks… Also led team with three forced fumbles… MAC Male Scholar Athlete of the Week (Dec. 11)… MAC Championship Defensive MVP... Academic All-MAC Team… First Team MAC Defense.  

2023: Played in all 13 games with 12 starts… Totaled 34 tackles including 17 solo tackles, 13 tackles for loss, and six sacks… Forced one fumble… Recorded six tackles against Kent State (Oct. 7)… Had two sacks and a forced fumble against Georgia Southern (Dec. 16).

2022: Played in six games… Started against Iowa State (Sept. 17)… Recorded 14 total tackles… Had one pass breakup, one quarterback hurry, and two fumble recoveries on the season.

2021: Played in four games for the Bobcats… Recorded ten tackles with one tackle for loss… Recorded two solo tackles against Northwestern (Sept. 25).

Prior to Ohio: Earned first team all-conference and second team all-district honors ... Finished the 2020 season with 27 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, six quarterback hurries, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.

Personal: Born Aug. 15, 2002 ... Son of Chuck Weaver, Lisa Blair and Tracy Weaver ... Has two brothers, Blair and Brandon.
