Prior to Ohio: Played baseball for four years at Myers Park High School, earning two letters… Batting average through the regular season his senior year was a .328... Finished the season with a .444 slugging percentage… Led team in doubles (8)… Finished third on the team in hits with 22… Finished the season with a 58.14 QAB% … Caught 137 innings, allowing only three passed balls… Threw out 11 base runners to have a .379% caught stealing rate… Named 2022 All-League First Team, All-League MVP, Team MVP, and All Charlotte Observer First Team... 2022 Jack Sink Scholarship Recipient.
