2020-21: Did not compete… Academic All-MAC.
2019-20: At Akron Last Chance Meet, she posted career best times of 2:13.94 in the 200 IM, 2:22.37 in 200 breast and 1:07.02 in 100 breast… Finished 15th in 200 breast at MAC Championships, earning two points.
2018-19: At the OSU Invitational, Klem recorded season-bests in the 100 breast (1:05.89), in the 200 free relay (1:40.33), in the 200 breast (2:23.42), and in the 400 medley relay (3:59.18)... Recorded a season-best time of 4:55.96 in the 400 IM against Miami.. Recoreded a season-best time of 2:19.49 in the 200 IM against Akron.. Recoreded a season-best time of 1:56.31 in the 200 medley relay against Duquesne/Xavier... Recoreded a season-best time of 3:56.37 in the 400 free relay against Eastern Michigan..
