Ohio Soccer's Cochrane Named MAC Offensive Player of the Week

ATHENS, Ohio – Ohio Soccer freshman Meaghan Cochrane (Markham, Ontario, Canada) has been named as Mid-American Conference Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league on Tuesday, Aug. 18.
In her debut, Cochrane contributed to a successful season opener, scoring both of Ohio's goals off set pieces as the Bobcats earned a 2-1 win against UIC on Wednesday, Aug. 12. Cochrane tallied three shots on goal in 74 minutes played.
The Bobcats travel to Highland Heights, K.y. to take on Northern Kentucky on Sunday, Aug. 23 at 7 p.m. ET.
