ATHENS, Ohio-- The latest Division 1 weight class rankings were released on Tuesday (Feb. 17), where four Bobcats were recognized among the best in the country at their weight class.
Below is how the Bobcat wrestlers ranked heading into the upcoming match against Buffalo, according to Intermat, FloWrestling, and College Wrestling Report:
- 157 lbs. – 29th/33rd/27th: Redshirt junior Derek Raike (Point Pleasant, W. Va.)
- 174 lbs. – 22nd/22nd/21st Redshirt senior Garrett Thompson (Murrysville, Pa.)
- 184 lbs.  – 14th/18th/17th: Redshirt senior Sal Perrine (Northfield, Ohio)
- 197 lbs. – 19th/25th/20th: Redshirt senior Zayne Lehman (Akron, Ohio)
All four ranked Bobcat wrestlers earned wins in Sunday's dual at Clairon. Raike defeated Clarion's Wesley Barnes by 13-4 major decision for his 16
th win of the season, while Thompson defeated Clarion's Gabe Lilly by 15-0 technical fall, his 11
th victory of the season. Perrine and Lehman each recorded their 15
th victory of the season, defeating Clarion's Adrian Gacek by 6-2 decision and Ethan Wiant by 13-0 major decision, respectively.

All four will take the mat on Saturday night (Feb. 21), when the Bobcats host MAC foe Buffalo at The Convo in their final match of the regular season. Competition will start at 7 p.m., the night will also feature Senior Night and Military Appreciation Night festivities.
