CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference placed
59 wrestlers on this year's 2025-26 Academic All-MAC team. All 12 of the league's teams were represented, led by Kent State with eight student-athlete honorees.
Ohio's six honorees are tied for the third-most in the MAC, along with Central Michigan and Edinboro.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests scheduled or completed in the particular sport. First-year students and ANY transfer students in their first year of residence are not eligible for the award.
The following individuals represented Ohio on the 2025-26 Wrestling Academic All-MAC Team:
