Kettering, Ohio – The Ohio Women's Golf team traveled to Kettering, Ohio, to tee off in the 2025 Dayton Flyer Invitational, hosted by the University of Dayton, on October 13-14, at the NCR-South Course. The Bobcats started junior

Paige Treherne (Cincinnati, Ohio) competed as individuals at the invitational. McRee was the highest finisher for the Bobcats, placing tied 10
th.
Butler University (+44) took home the first-place finish at the invitational, followed by Kennesaw State University (+49) and Western Michigan University (+49) tied for second. Tennessee Tech University (+54) placed fourth, and Akron University (+60) and Toledo University (+60) finished tied for fifth.
As a team, Ohio opened up day one, shooting a 308 (+24), finishing the round tied for fifth place. In the second round, Ohio shot a 306 (+22), finishing the day in sixth place. The Bobcats finished the third round shooting a 313 (+29), finishing the invitational in seventh place.
Individually, McRee led the Bobcats in the Invitational, recording a round one score of 70 (-1), finishing the round tied in second place. During the second round, McRee shot a 77 (+6) and finished day one in fifth place. In the third round, McRee shot a 78 (+7) and finished the invitational with an overall score of 225 (+12) and tied for 10
th place.
Luebbers was the second-highest finisher for the Bobcats, placing tied for 22
nd place. In the first round, Luebbers opened the first round shooting a 79 (+8), which placed her in 39
th place. In the second round, Luebbers shot a 77 (+6), which helped her finish the day tied for 36
th place. On day two of the Invitational, Luebbers shot a 73 (+2), which propelled her into 22
nd place. Overall, Luebbers finished the Invitational with a score of 229 (+16).
Husted finished the invitational tied for 40
th place, shooting a round one score of 81 (+10), a second-round score of 73 (+2), and a third-round score of 81 (+10), and finished the Invitational with an overall score of 235 (+22).
Rodgers finished the invitational tied for 55
th with an overall score of 243 (+30). Rodgers shot a round one score of 78 (+7), a round two score of 79 (+8), and a third-round score of 86 (+15).
While competing as an individual, Treherne finished in 57
th place with an overall score of 244 (+31). During the invitational, Treherne shot a round one score of 80 (+9), a round two score of 84 (+13), and finished with a round three score of 80 (+9).
Turner shot a round one score of 84 (+13), a round two score of 80 (+9), and a round three score of 81 (+10). Turner finished tied for 58
th place with an overall score of 245 (+32).
Nugent also competed as an individual, finishing with an overall score of 245 (+32) and tied for 58
th place. In the first round, Nugent shot an 81 (+10), she shot an 85 (+14) in the second round, and finished the third round shooting a 79 (+8).
The Bobcats return to the course on October 24-26 in Nassau, Bahamas, at the 2025 White Sands Bahamas Invitational, hosted by Northern Illinois, at the Ocean Club Golf Course.
