CLEVELAND – Four members of the Ohio women's basketball have been named to the 2023-24 Women's Basketball Academic All-MAC Team, as announced by the league office on Thursday. The four honorees include junior
Kate Dennis (Rockford, Ill.), senior
Peyton Guice (Westerville, Ohio), redshirt junior
Madi Mace (Parkersburg, W. Va.) and sophomore
Jaya McClure (Louisville, Ky.).
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
