COLUMBUS, Ohio – Select members of the Ohio swim team returned to action on Friday, Feb. 16 for day one of the Ohio State Winter Invite inside McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion
In the 500-yard freestyle, freshman
Isabella Arbaugh (Ann Arbor, Mich.) placed third with a time of 5:02.08. Freshman
Elizabeth Bawolek (South Elgin, Ill.) placed fourth (5:08.42), while senior
Cecelia Creviston (Cincinnati, Ohio) placed fifth in 5:10.59.
Sophomore
Alexandra Wayner (Savannah, Ga.) finished sixth in the 200-yard IM, touching in with a time of 2:06.28, while freshman
Emma Forbes (Littleton, Colo.) finished eighth (2:12.14).
Freshman
Emma Lykins (Lexington, Ky.) earned an eighth-place finish in the 50 free, earning a time of 24.27, while Forbes placed 18
th (25.37).
The Ohio State Winter Invite continues Saturday, Feb. 17, with prelims scheduled to start at 11 a.m. and finishes scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. on BTN+.
