ATHENS, Ohio – Ohio Athletics has announced its full promotional schedule for the 2024-25 women's basketball season on Wednesday, Nov. 6.
Following their season opener versus Georgia Southern (Nov. 4), the Bobcats are set to host 14 more games in The Convocation Center this season.
The promotional slate kicks off on
Sunday, Nov. 10 (Bellarmine). Magnet schedules will be available at marketing kiosks.
On
Wednesday, Nov. 20, the Bobcats will face Ohio State in the Battle of Ohio. Let's show the school up north who's really the best university in the state! The first 200 fans to show up early to the game will receive a limited-edition Ohio Women's Basketball T-Shirt.
Ohio's midweek matchup versus Ohio Christian on
Tuesday, Dec. 3 will serve as the Rufus Field Trip Game. Ohio Athletics will open its doors to all kids, sixth grade and younger, for an educational day with complete exposure to Division I Women's Basketball. Pre-registration is required. Event information, registration and resources are available

The Holiday Hoops game will be on
Sunday, Dec. 8 (Butler). Get out of the cold and into the warmth at the Convo for some Bobcat basketball holiday fun!
On
Saturday, Jan. 11 (Kent State), fans can get two tickets for the price of one basketball game. Come down to the Convo for a fun-filled day of basketball with a men's and women's basketball double-header. Buy a ticket to the men's game and get your ticket to the women's game for FREE!
Putt Putt Night will take place on
Saturday, Jan. 15 (Bowling Green). Join us in the Convo for a round of mini golf as we welcome students back to campus. Complete all nine holes and turn in your scorecard at the marketing table to take home an exclusive Ohio branded golf ball.
On
Saturday, Jan. 25 (Eastern Michigan), the Bobcats will Turn it Gold in support of childhood cancer awareness.
Celebrate women in sports on
Wednesday, Jan. 29 (Ball State) at Ohio's National Girls and Women in Sports Day Game / Girl Scouts Night. There will be a pre-game clinic with other Ohio women's sports team. At halftime, there will be a Leaders On and Off the Court recognition. Girl Scouts and their families attending the game will receive discounted tickets and an Ohio patch. Ohio's annual Pink Game will take place on
Saturday, Feb. 15 against Buffalo. Fans are encouraged to wear pink in support of the fight against breast cancer.
Miami (OH) comes to town on
Saturday, March 1 for the Battle of the Bricks. Wear Green to show your support for Ohio as it takes on its rival. Free #BEATMIAMI rally towel will be available for early arriving students. This game will also serve as Ohio Women's Basketball Senior Day, join us as we honor the 2024-25 senior class with a post-game ceremony. This game is the second double-header with the men's basketball team.
The final home game of the season on
Wednesday, March 5 (Western Michigan) will be Fan Appreciation Night. Fans can win great prizes, exclusive giveaways and more as the at the Convo comes to an end. Enter to win at the marketing table – winners will be announced throughout the game.
