Ohio Men's Golf Places Three to Academic All-MAC Team

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Mid-American Conference announced Wednesday the 2023 Men's Golf Academic All-MAC Team. A total of 23 student-athletes were named to this year's squad.
Toledo led the way with four student-athletes on this year's team. Ball State's Joey Ranieri and Ohio's Sam Hogan were the only student-athletes on the team to post a 4.00 GPA.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
The following individuals represented Ohio on the 2023 Academic All-MAC Team:
1. Sam Hogan, So., 4.0, Strategic Leadership and Management
2. Matt Daulton, So., 3.3, Marketing
3. Jack Neville, Jr., 3.3, Finance
