CLEVELAND – Ohio football second-year coach
Tim Albin, graduate student defensive tackle
Kai Caesar (Cache, Okla.) and redshirt junior quarterback
Kurtis Rourke (Oakville, Ontario, Canada) are set to represent Ohio at the 2022 Mid-American Conference Football Media Day Tuesday, July 26. This year's in-person event will be at the House of Blues in Cleveland from 10:30 am ET/9:30 am CT to 1:30 pm ET/12:30 pm ET.
The MAC Football Kickoff will open the 76
th season of MAC Football, which officially begins on Thursday, Sept. 1 and will conclude with the 2022 MAC Football Championship Game at Ford Field in Detroit on Saturday, Dec. 3 at Noon ET/11 am CT (ESPN).
MAC Commissioner Dr. Jon Steinbrecher will be joined by the head coaches from each member institution as well as two student-athlete representatives. Steinbrecher will begin Media Day with his address to the media at 11 am ET. All head coaches and student-athletes will be available to the media throughout the event.
Albin, Caesar and Rourke will be live on ESPN3 at 10:15 a.m. ET and on the Ohio Sports Network at 12 p.m. ET. Fans can also follow along throughout the day on Ohio football's social media platforms.
